Ceramic Coating Warranty

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the functional performance of the ceramic coating applied by CA Auto Spa. During the warranty period, the coating is guaranteed to maintain:

  • Hydrophobic (water-beading and sheeting) performance

  • Chemical resistance to environmental contaminants

  • UV resistance to help reduce oxidation and fading

If the coating is found to have failed due to application-related defects, the affected areas will be repaired or reapplied at no cost, subject to inspection and approval.

Mandatory Maintenance Requirement

To keep this warranty valid, the vehicle must be inspected and maintained by [Your Business Name] every six (6) months from the date of application.

Required Maintenance Schedule:

  • First 6-Month Maintenance Wash: $75

    • Safe hand wash

    • Coating inspection

  • Second 12-Month Maintenance Wash: $125

    • Safe hand wash

    • Full chemical decontamination

    • Application of ceramic topper to restore and enhance hydrophobic performance

This alternating 6-month maintenance cycle continues for the duration of the warranty.

Failure to complete the required 6-month maintenance services will result in immediate warranty voidance.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided at delivery

  • Avoid automatic and brush car washes

  • Use proper wash methods and pH-neutral soaps

  • Promptly remove contaminants such as bird droppings, bug splatter, and tree sap

  • Schedule maintenance services within a reasonable window of the 6-month interval

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, or physical damage

  • Improper washing or neglect

  • Automatic or brush car washes

  • Paint correction or polishing performed after coating

  • Environmental damage left unattended

  • Accidents, collisions, or body shop repairs

  • Acts of nature (hail, flooding, fire, extreme weather)

Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof or impact-proof.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  • Contact CA Auto Spa

  • Provide the original invoice

  • Bring the vehicle in for inspection

All claims are subject to inspection. If approved, reapplication or repair will be scheduled at our discretion.

Limitations of Liability

  • This warranty is non-transferable

  • No refunds are issued under this warranty

  • Liability is limited to the original cost of the ceramic coating service

  • Warranty applies only to coatings applied by CA Auto Spa
